Spring Sponsorship Opportunities:

T-ball Team (Ages 4-5) sponsorship is $100/year per team

  • Sponsorship term is for a single Spring season (March – June).
  • Players keep jerseys at end of season.
  • Team play approx 8 games throughout the Spring season.
  • Teams typically will have 10 – 12 players.

Instructional Team (Ages 6-7) sponsorship is $300/year per team

  • Sponsorship term is for three (3) Spring seasons (March – June).
  • Jerseys are re-used for those three (3) years.
  • Teams play approx 14 games throughout the Spring season (March – June)
  • Teams typically have 10-12 players.

Rookie Team through Babe Ruth (Ages 7 – 15) consists of AA and AAA teams within a farm system. Farm System Sponsorships are $500/year per farm system.

  • Sponsorship term is for three (3) Spring seasons (March – June).
  • Jerseys are re-used for those three (3) years.
  • Teams play approx 16 games throughout the Spring season.
  • Farm teams typically have 15-18 players.

Sponsors are typically solicited or contacted in late January – February for participation.

Sponsor has ability to provide logo for placement on jerseys.

Sponsor has ability to provide desired jersey colors.

Sponsor has ability to provide desire for design and colors of associated baseball cap.

Participants pay for the caps separate from their registration fee, so many sponsors usually allow the teams to control cap design. However, if you have the desire to have a specific design on the cap, please, just notify the Sponsor Chairman or the Equipment Manager as to your preference when you agree to sponsor.


All-star Sponsorhip Opportunities:

The Bryant Athletic Association has a proud history of providing the youth of Bryant with multiple opportunities to develop athletic skills, but perhaps more importantly to learn lessons that help build integrity and character. Our goal is to provide a safe haven for children to grow and be influenced by adult role models.
 
Part of our program includes hosting state, regional and someday nationwide World Series tournaments. These events enable the Bryant community to gain acknowledgement for the great opportunities that we afford our youth and also results in a significant economic impact for the businesses in Bryant.
 
During the summer (June – August), the Bryant Athletic Association might be named as the host of one or more of these tournaments.

How can you help? The Bryant Athletic Association will seek monetary or gift donations at such time. If you are interested in being a host sponsor for the event, a representative may call you to discuss opportunities that exist.  Some other forms of opportunity are as follows:

T-shirt Sponsors, Gift Bag Sponsors, Hospitality Tent, General Donations, etc.
